  • Pycistopic now accepts multiple samples and combines them before performing topic modeling.
  • Scenicplus finalized. IMPORTANT: The end of the python script is untested due to excessive memory requirements. It should be correct, but the output file might be structured differentially than expected. This should be checked when a large server is available.
  • Added 8 RNA-only GRN inference methods.
