  1. Add libfuzzer instead of honggfuzz. Initially tried out honggfuzz to follow suit with rust-bitcoin. However we are exploring switching to libfuzzer with rust-bitcoin as well: Switch to Libfuzzer rust-bitcoin/rust-bitcoin#3265 (comment)
  2. Also switch the git remote to use a git ref of rust-bitcoin where Arbitrary was added.
  3. Lastly, since a Git commit is used for bitcoin, I needed to update the string formatting since that changed in the yet to be release version of rust-bitcoin.
