  • Adds a script to update the image tags
  • Run that script to update images
  • Remove deprecated feature flag from CSI deployment

add script to automate updating images

Since we use a config file for selecting image versions, we can also automate
some chores around images. We add a script that automatically finds the latest
release of our dependent images.

csi: remove deprecated feature flag

The topology feature is generally available and enabled by default in the
CSI sidecars. The corresponding feature flag will be removed eventually,
so we can skip setting it explicitly.
