This PR resolves #59 and adds the new peach python (from here) as the favicon.
I would love feedback on the logos themselves, the 16x16 should probably be redone (I just utilized https://www.favicon-generator.org for the generation of the icons themselves).
Note: This also adds a WebManifest, and I can remove it if people believe this is out of scope as there are implications with the addition of the manifest: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Manifest.
