Remove IP Field?

Is there any way to potentially not have to use the field for broadcasting IP when using vban_receptor?

On the VBAN Receptor app (android), if you send a stream, it pops up in a dialog of streams to select.
Is it at all possible to achieve something similar with this? Maybe just switch to the first stream sent to it, etc.
