FAQ page template
This page has a template of a FAQ page that you can apply to your own course.
- WHAT: A FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page answers the most common questions students might have while studying your course in a question-answer format.
- WHY: Adding a FAQ to your course can reduce the number of support request emails that you receive. It is also a good resource to link to students who ask for instructions, saving you time.
-
HOW / WHERE: We recommend that you create a separate top level page for the FAQ: In course management view ->
Pages
tab -> Under Top level pages headings, click thecreate
button.
