This PR deprecates
triggermesh/triggermeshin preparation for its removal according to the deprecation and removal policy. It is being deprecated because:index.yamlis requested.Note that it is expected that CI fails for this PR, because it checks that we are not doing the thing that we are doing in this PR: modifying existing .tgz files. Work to prevent this failure is planned. Until that work is completed, please disregard this CI failure.
