Description
When installing CAPI Operator before Rancher Turtles, the installation as a Helm dependency must be disabled to avoid conflicts
cluster-api-operator.enabled=false.The section that describes how to install CAPI Operator before Rancher Turtles doesn't link directly to the command required to install Turtles, which may be confusing for users. This change adds a link to the specific Helm install to get Rancher Turtles installed successfully.
Fixes #60
