Eh, its only ~3 weeks EoL, somewhat understandable. |

It also means not updating python in the last 4 years. Thankfully I don't need this pr for newer pythons, but raising the minimum increases the usable limited api. Haven't checked if pyo3 uses that for anything though. I sure hope yes. |
