Generate salary slip file based on the salary excel data. It's easy to print and cut the paper for each employee.

4. you can run the jar file in cmd line by "java -jar salary-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar 202401 工资模板.xls 工资条202401.xls" the args are optional and may be in default value.
