Add Nahuatl (Mexican) Flag

Just a thought --
When I originally assigned the name flag_nah.svg to this file, it was because I thought it would be a unique flag for Nahuatl. Now that it turned out to the the flag of Mexico, does it make more sense to add it as flag_mx.svg instead -- so we can more easily reference it for other courses in the future?

Yes, I think it makes more sense to call it flag_mx.svg.

I updated the flag name in the Admin panel for Nahuatl -- and added it for Tzotzil!
