- Create a overview section that details how the platform spec is organized
- Discovery - need to decide how to make a base requirement and server extension that do not override each other. Currently, server extension mandates ACPI based discovery and base mandates DT based discovery. As per definition, extensions are pure add-ons to the base set of requirements which won't work for discovery.
- In the base firmware requirements, refer to EBBR spec and only have sub-sections for deviations from the EBBR.
- Remove MBR as a requirement, remove legacy SBI support
