The intent of the project entitled ‘MHDPA_R_HSE2018’ is to analyse the Health Survey for England (HSE) 2018 data to look for moderators and mediators in the relationship between mental health and obesity in the UK.
There are currently no assumptions in this analysis.
To be QA’d in due course.
Input parameters can be found in the ./input/config.yml file.
To run the analysis source the main.R script in the project base
folder.
