jQuery.s5 1.0.1 Released !

Just few changes since 1.0.0:

• we now use div with real background-image (cover size) instead of the stretched img for the background image
• there is a "fix" (well, workaround so far) for unwanted custom bg image removal when provided as a param by a plugin (e.g. Tiki's SLIDESHOW wikiplugin)
• PDF export should render now with sans-serif (Helvetica) font instead of serif
• polished the CSS code a bit
