Why would you like to open your project?

To bring in expertise and skills which I don't currently have, to enable iterations on the concept.

How do you envision your project specifically benefiting from more community contribution and participation?

It has been somewhat collaborative from the very beginning, it was conceived as a collaborative project.

Farmbot, I love the project and have built two iterations of it.

I'm a small scale farmer and part of my motivation for working on Rosmo/ BLDC is to make agricultural robotics more accessible. Whilst Farmbot is a great project it doesn't scale well to the actual farm scale. The Steppers used are also prone to missed steps. I spent quite some time thinking of how to scale and professionalize the Farmbot system. It's not isolated, It uses USB for the board to board comms which can be flaky.
