Image Data Processing with DEXP

Jordão Bragantini edited this page Nov 10, 2022 · 3 revisions

The images acquired with this multi-view light-sheet microscope are processed using DEXP.

The standard pre-processing pipeline before image analysis consists of fusing the different views of each individual time point and then deconvolving them*. These operations are repeated for each channel.

This tutorial provides a sample dataset from this microscope and the processing instructions.

Fusion example. Columns show camera 1 and camera 0 and rows light sheet 0 and 1.

  • By deconvolving after fusion we violate some of the theoretical assumptions of deconvolution while reducing the processing time.
