Adds `expire-duration` option seconds. `list` will not list items that are older than `now - expire-duration` `store` will remove all items that are older than `now - expire-duration` fix sentriz#100

So existing entries would not work with this (applies to the tests as well). I totally get if you can't merge this, I mainly wrote it for myself.
