🐛 Proxy content-type 처리 수정

• 원격 서버에서 준 Content-Type 헤더가 image 가 아닌 경우에 에러 뱉는 대신 application/octet-stream 로 처리하도록
  • 사유: 원격 이미지 서버중에 Content-type 헤더가 잘못 설정된 경우가 발견됨 : 예시
