This cohort was originally built on Siriraj Hospital Hypertension patients data. This data was structured in OMOP CDM v5.4.
- cohort_construction.sql was created using generate_cohort_construction_sql.py
- If there is any changes in medication, diagnosis list rerun the generate_cohort_construction_sql.py
