Only set `BUILDKIT_MULTI_PLATFORM` when an image is being generated. Revert all other hacks. Also fix renovate config to ignore github action yamls and `Dockerfile` since it's managed by kres. Signed-off-by: Noel Georgi <[email protected]> Signed-off-by: Andrey Smirnov <[email protected]>
