fix: re-introduce BCM arch for arm64 kernel

Fixes #642. There's been a new configuration option added for the (CONFIG_ARCH_BCM) which by default is disabled, but is required for the RaspberryPi specific support Signed-off-by: Matthias Riegler <[email protected]>
