This is still very early: essentially all we do is support putc() and exit(). That said, it is portable to the HiFive1 (modulo some clocking issues), the E31 Arty eval kit, and the E31 RTL evaluation kit. As such it enables users to do something they can't do now so I'm just going to go ahead and release it!
