Can we clean this up a little more and remove the "refs/heads/" section as well to make links look more like https://raw.githubusercontent.com/signalfx/splunk-otel-collector-chart/main/helm-charts/splunk-otel-collector/charts/opentelemetry-operator-crds/crds/opentelemetry.io_opentelemetrycollectors.yaml?
