Rename notebook and rm from docs

- process_cas04_single_station was not processing, just making.
- renamed it to make_cas04_single_station.ipynb.
- removed it form index.rst as it is not a very interesting tutorial
- it should be moved to MTH5 from being part of the docs.
- process_cas04_multiple_station.ipynb should be the goto example
as it was in the joss paper
