Installing rat-dev

To install rat-dev i.e., the git controlled rat repository, simply setup snoing and then execute:

./snoing.py rat-dev

Installing the viewer:

To install snogoggles-dev i.e., the git controlled viewer repository, simply setup snoing and then execute:

./snoing.py snogoggles-dev
