Development of VPN+TOR network service, using a SDK project.
Services should be developed using our own SDK tools.
Created the following directory structure for service development:
|--- sdk-projects --> dir to store the multiple SDK projects
|--- packages -> dir to keep the generated packages for onboarding
This PR addresses issues #29, #30 and #13
