Add more chat tutorials

(Waiting to merge until docs apps are switched to nightly to include a bugfix in 1.42.0.)

FYI, this is a deliberate violation of the why, where, what order. I treated where (in this tutorial) as a higher priority than the why, where, what of the user action because they are different in scope. 😄
