As a member of SNU, there are things that are not well-informed regarding campus life, such as cafeteria menus, registration due date, etc. If you need some of them and google it, then the result will mostly be in the form of *.snu.ac.kr, which are not only hard-to-read in mobile devices but also not so informative in short and golden period of time.
Furthermore, there are things that are not open to public web and sometimes accessing those sites manually is
- impossible if you don’t know them (they are not shown on result of search engines)
- cumbersome because you have to sign up & sign in to get information you need
- not so productive (you have to do many things manually & oftentimes those sites are distracting)
For example, every student might know that getting an override form (aka Cho-An-Gee) from web is very challenging.
