Tiger Cooperative Rewrite

I've never liked the name Tiger Cooperative, so I changed the backstory from something that had nothing to do with tigers to something more retro scifi. A bunch of neurosurgeons are intrigued by changeling's vestigial brains and disappear after claiming its the final frontier of neurology, and resurface as religious extremists. The warping of society's most boring nerds into psycho alien millitants is all an excuse for me to rename them something threateningly French sounding. Plus the brain has so many cool terms we can borrow if someone wants to theme a standalone antag after Ranvier(pronounced Ran V. A.).
If this is merged here I'll follow up on the codebase
Some explanations for names
Wau Cathedral - Wau is an archaic greek letter borrowed by latin but not by modern greek, so Wau isn't a name changelings generate with in game, so nobody gets the honor of being Mr. Cooperative king
Ranvier - Ranvier nodes are the gaps in the mylein sheath of neurons, neurons > neurologist, neurologists > vestigal brains, vestigial brains > changeling. Basically Ranvier => Changeling
