[Tock Studio] Refacto of Gen AI prompt settings

Works with #1827

• Exposure of RAG question condensation prompt and configuration
• Support for prompt template formats:
  • For existing prompts in f-string format, the option of switching to Jinja2 is offered, with prompt conversion.
  • If Jinja2 is the current format, the choice is not offered, as the f-string format is deprecated.
• Standardized UI for GEN AI settings screens
