The repository contains code used in the paper "Dynamically Rescaled Hamiltonian Monte Carlo" by Tore Selland Kleppe. The code assumes that the R-package rstan (version 2.17.3 used to generate output in paper) is installed, and also that the R-package CIPlib (included) is installed.
