Fixed hard coded install location in generated artifacts

This change enables ETISS installation, to be relocatable, and independent of the installation folder.

• Otherwise, the plugins are not found, if another execution folder is used, e.g. due to copy, or on a CI server.
• And it avoids coding the installation folder into run_helper.sh script.

Hi Karsten,

Well, I noticed, that the fix for plugins/lists.txt will not work in MLonMCU context, because etiss is called from another directory.
So maybe you need to think about it more closely. :-) How to have a relocatable installation actually.
Maybe in run_helper.sh an environment variable can be set, which is used in the code where it is looking for the shared objects.
