v1.2: Cleanup, fixes, log levels

⚠️ This version requires you to delete the db folder if you ever used an older version of discordtidal. You may also want to add the following line to your config.toml.

LogLevel = "info"

Other than that, this version should make the code only slightly less cancerous to read and fix #7 and hopefully #3 as well!

this version contains the new safe version: discordtidal-1.1-safe.exe
for the normal (unsafe) version, download discordtidal-1.1-unsafe.exe

This is the first and probably the last release of this I will make, unless people are for some reason looking for this.
