After auditing the permissions of the roles. I identified that there were some modifications needed. This work is captured here.

QA/Testing instructions

There are several changes here and difficult to write test cases for them all. A couple of things to note. Content Managers and Content Editors should no longer have permission to delete nodes, terms or media. Authenticated users only have the ability to view content. Content Editors can use the text format options.
