Add functionality to statistics.py

Adds functions to pathpy.algorithms.statistics for computing binned degree distributions and average local clustering vs. degree. Updates documentation and removes some whitespace.

I left the original degree_dist function as is, so this PR will only add to the API. In the future degree_dist and degree_dist_binned could be merged.
