Version 4

This is a bugfix release.

Most notably, it fixes a condition introduced by a recent version of Google Chrome, whereby the combat alarm would not stop ringing even after notifications in the message frame were cleared.

Additionally, a bug was fixed where the message frame wouldn't resume updating after a failure to load (e.g. at server reset).

Additionally, a bug was fixed where changing the clock settings while a Pardus tab was open would freeze the tab.
