Please stop submitting new packages just because somebody else submitted a request.

We expect new packages to be submitted by contributors who actually use the software, so they have a vested interest in properly maintaining the package.

I just submitted a template that I tested to ensure it works in case someone wants to use this program. I don't understand why it was closed. I’m not creating any templates that I don’t intend to maintain or use myself.

The high volume of your "briefly" tested submissions, and even more that fail all or nearly all of our CI tests even when you answer "yes" you our testing question, clearly indicates that you are banging out these submissions without any in-depth use or attempt to ensure long-term maintainability.

We are not interested in submissions of this nature and will summarily close them.
