Since JuliaLang/juliaup#639 is merged, the bins that are installed are juliaup and julia. Unless users really want julialauncher, which I doubt, I see no missing bin.

Then the shell completion files are indeed missing and I can add them, if @classabbyamp could confirm that all the rest is good.
