About the PR
Why / Balance
The shotgun crate is 7000 spesos and comes with 2 enforcers and 3 boxes of lethal shells. The SWAT crate was 5500 spesos and comes with 2 enforcers and boxes of beanbags, and extra gear on top of this. This made it a strictly better purchase than the shotgun crate since the shells can be very cheaply swapped out for the lethal shell of your choice. I'm of the belief that the extra gear on top of the 2 enforcers is worth more than $500, but now buying shotgun crates should actually make sense.
