The monitor command was added to monitor the queue process, starting new once if detects that the fresque.ini defined queue configuration doesn't match with the actual workers. This command can be executed as a Daemon to monitor the state of the workers.
Stats for deadly workers wasn't updated so if a worker dies the stats wasn't updated. The functionality to delete stats to keep it synchronized with the real state of the workers was added too.
Method to create the path for the logs if not exists was added.
