Update for WoW patch 1.13.4.
Fix occasional Lua errors when testmode is enabled after v1.2.8 changes.
Fix Arcane Missiles rank 1 not being shown.
Fix Arcane Missiles cast by yourself being refreshed every tick if the enemy target is out of LoS.
