This pull request addresses

Implementation of blindTransfer, vteamTransfer and consultTransfer flows

by making the following changes

• Task.transfer()
• Task.consultTransfer()

Change Type

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
• Documentation update
• Tooling change
• Internal code refactor

The following scenarios were tested

• Agent1 (1001) gets assigned a task
  • Agent1 calls task.transfer() with
    • {to: 'agent2_id', destinationType: 'agent'}
    • {to: 'queue_id', destinationType: 'queue'}
    • {to: 'a_dial_number_1002', destinationType: 'dialNumber'}
  • Agent1 initiates a successful consult with Agent2 using agent Id
    • Agent1 calls task.consultTransfer() with
      • {to: 'agent2_id', destinationType: 'agent'}
  • Agent2 receives a transfer
  • Agent2 receives a consultTransfer
