Pod Security Standard Restricted requires additional security context. This commit adds that security context.
Net Bind Service is not required for Wiz Connector

When installing Wiz Connector in a cluster that enforces Pod Security Standard Restricted, the following additions have to be made to the Pod and Container SecurityContext.
