Add x509 authenticator configuration related resource types to IDN_CONFIG_TYPE table

This pull request includes updates to various database scripts to add new resource types related to X509 validation and revocation validation certificate authorities. The changes ensure that these new resource types are included in the configuration tables across different database systems.

New resource types added:

• features/identity-core/org.wso2.carbon.identity.core.server.feature/resources/dbscripts/db2.sql: Added 'X509_VALIDATOR' and 'X509_REVOCATION_VALIDATION_CA' resource types.
• features/identity-core/org.wso2.carbon.identity.core.server.feature/resources/dbscripts/h2.sql: Added 'X509_VALIDATOR' and 'X509_REVOCATION_VALIDATION_CA' resource types.
• features/identity-core/org.wso2.carbon.identity.core.server.feature/resources/dbscripts/mssql.sql: Added 'X509_VALIDATOR' and 'X509_REVOCATION_VALIDATION_CA' resource types.
• features/identity-core/org.wso2.carbon.identity.core.server.feature/resources/dbscripts/mysql-cluster.sql: Added 'X509_VALIDATOR' and 'X509_REVOCATION_VALIDATION_CA' resource types.
• features/identity-core/org.wso2.carbon.identity.core.server.feature/resources/dbscripts/mysql.sql: Added 'X509_VALIDATOR' and 'X509_REVOCATION_VALIDATION_CA' resource types.
• features/identity-core/org.wso2.carbon.identity.core.server.feature/resources/dbscripts/oracle.sql: Added 'X509_VALIDATOR' and 'X509_REVOCATION_VALIDATION_CA' resource types.
• features/identity-core/org.wso2.carbon.identity.core.server.feature/resources/dbscripts/oracle_rac.sql: Added 'X509_VALIDATOR' and 'X509_REVOCATION_VALIDATION_CA' resource types.
• features/identity-core/org.wso2.carbon.identity.core.server.feature/resources/dbscripts/postgresql.sql: Added 'X509_VALIDATOR' and 'X509_REVOCATION_VALIDATION_CA' resource types.
