MiniRun6 era: Issues and WIP updates

If it is not specified, the issues listed below affect all MR6 samples. See the potential fixes in sub-minirun6 by the end of this page.

  • Field response

    • MiniRun6 uses the new field responses (v2a, v2b) without update the time configuration. Charge of the hits are incomplete.
    • PicoRun6.1a, same as MiniRun6, uses the new field responses but not the extended time configuration and the data-like threshold and LArPix voltage.
    • PicoRun6.1b, listed for completeness, used the old field responses and the data-like threshold and LArPix voltage.
    • PicoRun6.1c, uses the new field response and the extended time configuration (time_padding & time_window = 191us), as well as the data-like threshold and LArPix voltage.

  • More packets have > 1 summed fraction compared to MR6

• ndlar_flow

  • Light channel mapping is incorrect. (Fix in PR#139, not applied in MiniRun6, unclear for PicoRun6.1).
  • No light hits in the second TPC (ADC channel ID > 32)
  • Charge-light matching reference is broken
  • Flash to light event reference is broken
  • tpc variable in light/flash/data is almost always even. When odd, it is always 1.

• Reconstruction -- SPINE

  • The training sample (mpvmpr) uses old responses

• Reconstruction -- Pandora

• Mx2

• CAF

  • Missing pandora merged CAFs
