MiniRun6.1 file locations

MiniRun6.1 is a 1E19 POT sample produced with the same configuration as MiniRun6 with the addition of discriminator threshold and ref voltages more in line with data, but the old response. This is equivalent to a larger batch from PicoRun6.1b
The edep-sim and Minerva outputs are frozen and kept from MiniRun5.
- The hit merger wasn't run on that production so 100% of the files were produced

MiniRun6.1 production that varied the Birks_Ab, Birks_kb, and ionization potential (W_ion) parameters in larnd-sim to +/-1 sigma from their nominal values.
- For Birks_Ab, down=0.78, up=0.82, nominal=0.8
- For Birks_kb, down=0.040338, up=0.056862, nominal=0.0486
- For W_ion, down=23.1e-6, up=24.1e-6, nominal=23.6e-6
The GENIE and edep-sim inputs are the same as MR5 and produced new files for larnd-sim and the rest of the simulation chain, including CAFs. This production was primarily run at ANL, but for some technical difficulties, the CAF stage is now being performed at NERSC.
Files are available at NERSC and FNAL. In each directory below there is a sub-directory for each stage of the 2x2 simulation (if present on the cluster). For example, Spine can be found in MiniRun6_Systematics_W_ION_1sig_up.spine
