Make skills rollable again for 5e 2.2.1
Make tool proficiencies visible again for 5e 2.2.1

Have also used code from the official DND5e character sheet to fix tool proficiencies. They are now rollable from the sidebar without needing an item like the official character sheet as well. |
updated package-lock to version 3
