Running on Fermi Cluster using Project.py

Different use-cases

• Running on larlite/larcv data
• Running on larsoft data

In general, running on Fermi-grid should probably only be reserved for production as setting up the code while working on it will not be easy. For production, the code will be fixed, and we can put it into UPS. If one wants to work on the code, and then run it, then we need to have a system for tarring up the code, and then setting it up.
