Supporting Algos

Here is a list of some routines used by the core of the tagger. Meant to be somewhat stand alone

app/GapCh/EmptyChannelAlgo

Routine to convert chstatus info (either LARCV or LARLITE) into a bad channel image. Also can produce a gap channel image which marks which columns in the image have no charge anywhere
