Centrifuge
The centrifuge is a vital part of any estrogen production line that is used to transform filtrated horse urine into liquid estrogen. Connected through a cogwheel, it must spin at 256 rotations per minute to function, always using 2048 stress units while producing estrogen. However, even while liquid estrogen is not being produced, the centrifuge will still use varying amounts of stress units.

The required rotations per minute is configurable by the server. This will affect the amount of stress units the centrifuge uses while connected.

When placed above a fluid tank containing filtrated horse urine, beneath an empty fluid tank, and connected to a cogwheel rotating at the correct speed, the centrifuge will start to convert filtrated horse urine into liquid estrogen. This works by a ratio of 1:1, meaning for every one millibucket of filtrated horse urine consumed, it will produce one millibucket of liquid estrogen, per tick. It can be chained with neighboring centrifuges, working together to increase production speed. Chained centrifuges will still use 2048 stress units each.
Both the top and bottom of the centrifuge feature small fluid tanks that display input or output fluids. Unlike conventional fluid tanks, these do not store any fluid, but rather only serve as a visual aid. To confirm that the centrifuge is configured correctly, the bottom tank should contain filtrated horse urine, while the top tank contains newly produced liquid estrogen.
The centrifuge will always use stress units while connected, varying by rotation speed. With the engineer's goggles equipped, a warning will display upon looking at the centrifuge if it is not rotating at the correct speed. It must be spinning at exactly 256 rotations per minute, by default, to produce liquid estrogen. It is not uncommon for players to slightly miss the required rotation speed, despite cogs breaking off when attempting to adjust speed ratios.

The centrifugal process is based on real-world processes to manufacture estrogens from pregnant mares. This method is not a common practice anymore, though it's an entertaining way to add estrogen production to Minecraft!
